• Manage your booking and send you a confirmation by email
• Reply to your request sent via the contact form
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

• Performance of a contract (booking of treatments or slots)

• Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)

Retention period

• Bookings: 3 years after the last interaction
• Messages sent via the contact form: 1 year
• Accounting documents: 7 years (Belgian legal obligation)

Your data is processed only by Richard Dalier and the members of his team directly concerned by your request. It is never sold, rented or transmitted to third parties, except by legal obligation.
